Community Watch 13/09

Without a doubt, the announcement of the Renegade edition has been the hottest topic in the past weeks. Immediately after our initial update on the main page, threads kept popping up and discussions went wild with you sharing your thoughts and hopes about the new set. Dual Orbs, multi colored cards, affinities and more features are some of the reasons why the Renegade edition will add far more depth to our already exciting game. Go check out our announcement on the main page in case you’re interested in more information: here

Although the Renegade edition was the dominating topic, there were still more fresh updates. New content patches brought you the PvP map “Koshan” and the PvE scenario “Oracle”. As always, you may find the patch notes in the Bluepost Watch at the end of this report.

Another highlight has been the new Community Feature – Q & A with the developers. Expect more answers popping up soon and we’ll try to keep it up!

Our latest addition to the Watch List has been „Mind Control“. We want to hear your thoughts about it to think about possible changes for this high level Nature card.

Unfortunately, not all news has been good news. Scammers tried to exploit new ways to rip you off the cards and gold you had to fight for. They did so by making use of so-called Phishing Websites where they asked you about your complete account data. In case you fell prey to such a poor attempt, contact Customer Support immediately. We can support you filing a complaint and increasing your chances of getting your cards and gold back while also making sure that less players won’t be affected by the scamming website.

The summer has arrived, however, it doesn’t seem like the staff of our great fansites is lying on sandy beaches yet. The ESL started its Summer League – a very hot offensive against the sun and boredom. Although the registration has already been closed, checking out the ESL website will pay out. You will find great replays and be able to learn a few tricks. Further, new events are already in the making and will soon be announced!

It seems like the guys at BFCards.Info have put in some extra hours after last week’s announcement of the Upgrades 3 for the Uncommon cards. All the new cards are already online in their database! Expect more cool updates on BFCards.Info as they just started a partnership with the popular C&C and strategy player forum UF. The first new spawn of this partnership is a replay parser, you might remember it; we already introduced it in the last Community Watch.
